Hayden Bazzell entered the world of in 2016 after leaving a Digital Sales Executive position. With a £400 investment (his last employed wage) Hayden bought a van and push mower to embark on becoming his own boss. Through Hayden’s hard work, tenacity and determination he built an impeccable reputation which quickly established regular work beyond what one person could achieve. 4 years on CGS was born consisting of 3 crews one of which are a dedicated maintenance team, a fully staffed office and a fleet of CGS trucks.
Having the values which Hayden adopted at the very beginning of his career means the CGS reputation for a reliable and outstanding quality service has also grown.
